Steeping Instructions
Bring filtered or freshly drawn water to a rolling boil 212’F/100’C and let cool to roughly 180’F/82’C. Place approximately half a teaspoon of Matcha in your cup. Infuse with 8oz/250ml of water, whisk briskly and enjoy.
Vanilla Matcha Latte: place 1/2 tsp of Matcha in cup and whisk with 1/2 cup hot water heated as mentioned above. Top with steamed, frothed milk and sweeten to taste with pure maple syrup or honey.
